Acupressure

Helps trigger the body's self-healing capabilities by applying firm pressure to specific points on the body. Great for first timers!

Swedish Massage

Relaxing and calming massage therapy technique that is highly popular, and well known.

Hot Oil Massage

Soothing and ultra relaxation! Oil helps the muscles to 'melt' and just feels great! Can be combined with another massage technique for a well rounded experience.

Shiatsu

Ancient massage technique from Japan that uses the palms, fingers, and thumbs to apply focused pressure. Your masseuse might even use portions of her feet or walk on your back. If you're interested, just ask!

Deep Tissue Massage

Great for breaking up knots in your muscles where blood flow is severely restricted. The goal is to open up these areas and increase circulation bringing in new blood and oxygen to promote healing.
